The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product
The item is unused, in original condition, and includes all packaging, tags, and accessories
2. Non-Returnable Items

Used or worn watches
Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling
Products without original packaging or proof of purchase

To initiate a return:

4. Refund Policy

5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for defective or incorrect items only
Replacement items will be sent subject to stock availability

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
